Online booking is currently reserved for established Silhouette clients who have visited within the past year. New-client appointments remain paused unless a service is specifically marked as available to new clients
If your last appointment was more than one year ago, you will return as a new client. Since your skin, routine, and goals may have changed, your next visit will begin with a renewed consultation and personalized treatment plan.
The waitlist is designed for current clients who would like an earlier appointment if one becomes available. Silhouette requires at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late changes and missed appointments may result in a fee because that time has been reserved especially for you.
Current clients may select the appointment that most closely reflects their usual treatment or current goals. Your service will still be customized once your skin is assessed, so you do not need to know every detail before booking.
