Silhouette Beauty & Skincare (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers select skincare products online. Some items are shipped directly from our studio, while others are fulfilled through authorized brand partners or affiliates. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled.
By placing an order through our website or through provided affiliate links, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Times
Studio-Handled Orders
For products shipped directly from Silhouette Beauty & Skincare:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Custom bundles or preorder items may require additional time; details will be listed on the product page.
Brand Partner / Affiliate Orders
For brands such as Colorescience, KRX Skincare, Dermathod, and others:

Processing times are controlled by the brand’s warehouse or fulfillment center.

Shipping times may vary based on brand policy, inventory, and location.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages if items come from different facilities.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other providers. Delivery estimates are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Weather delays, carrier issues, and seasonal volume may affect delivery.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Local Pickup (If Offered)
If you offer pickup in your studio:

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of fulfillment notification.

Unclaimed orders after 14 days may be restocked or refunded minus a restocking fee.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
Some items may not be eligible for shipment to:

Alaska or Hawaii

U.S. territories
-
PO boxes (depending on carrier)

APO/FPO addresses
Restrictions vary by carrier and brand partner.
6. Order Modifications & Address Changes
Because orders begin processing quickly:

We cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been submitted.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We want your order to arrive safely. However:

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed with the shipping carrier.

For partner/affiliate orders, claims must be made through that brand's customer service department.
We will assist when possible, but replacement decisions are made at our discretion or the brand’s policy.
8. Out-of-Stock or Backorder Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

You will be notified by email.

You may choose a refund, store credit, or wait for restock.

Affiliate partners may process the refund according to their policy.
9. Incorrect or Missing Items
If something is wrong with your order:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the packaging and items received.

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate next steps.
For affiliate orders, you may be directed to the brand’s customer support team to resolve discrepancies.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Please note:

Due to hygiene and safety standards, all skincare product sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any retail items.

Affiliate-brand returns follow their respective policies.
