Thank you for choosing Silhouette Beauty & Skincare. We take pride in providing high-quality services and professional-grade skincare products. Because of the nature of skincare treatments and retail items, all sales are considered final. Please review the policy below before purchasing products or booking services.
REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
1. Service Refund Policy
All service sales are final.
Due to the time, expertise, products, and customization involved in each treatment:

We do not offer refunds on skincare treatments, facials, microneedling, chemical peels, or any other service.

Results vary per client based on skin condition, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended homecare and aftercare.

Adverse reactions caused by withheld information, medications, lifestyle factors, or failure to follow aftercare instructions are not eligible for refunds.
If you have concerns about a treatment outcome, please contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and determine an appropriate solution. A complimentary follow-up or adjustment service may be offered at our discretion, but refunds are not provided.
2. Retail Product Return Policy
For the safety, hygiene, and integrity of professional skincare:

All product sales are final.

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on skincare, cosmetics, devices, or tools once purchased.

Opened or unopened products cannot be returned due to health regulations.

Used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the packaging and product.

We will review your claim and determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
For products fulfilled through brand partners (Colorescience, KRX, Dermathod, etc.), refunds or replacements must follow the brand’s official policy, and you may be directed to their customer support team.
4. Online Store & Affiliate Purchases
Some products are shipped directly from manufacturers or affiliates. For these orders:

We cannot alter or cancel orders once they enter the brand’s fulfillment system.

Refunds, returns, or replacements must follow the brand's specific policies, not Silhouette Beauty & Skincare’s.

Shipping delays, stock issues, or errors from third-party partners must be addressed with that brand.
We will assist where possible but cannot override manufacturer policies.
5. Gift Cards & Prepaid Credits

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Promotional or bonus credits (such as Glow Bank bonuses) have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
6. Membership Fees (If Applicable)
For clients enrolled in any membership program:

Membership payments are non-refundable once billed.

Unused monthly services may expire according to membership terms.

Early cancellation fees may apply depending on the membership type.
7. Services Purchased During Promotions
Discounted services, packages, or promotional offers:

Are non-refundable

May not be transferred to another person

Cannot be redeemed for cash

May have an expiration date that must be honored
Seasonal sales, holiday promotions, and Glow Bank credits follow these same guidelines.
8. Dissatisfaction Due to Personal Preference
We do our best to ensure you love your experience, but refunds are not issued for reasons including:

Disliking the treatment style

Expecting results that require multiple sessions

Choosing not to follow the recommended skincare plan

Changing your mind after the service is completed
Your satisfaction matters to us—please communicate concerns promptly so we can support you.
9. Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback for services or products that have been rendered, received, or used is considered fraudulent.
We reserve the right to:

Dispute invalid chargebacks

Provide documentation/consent forms/photos to payment processors

Refuse future services to clients who attempt chargebacks outside of policy
